Sapin très sec à la livraison

Nous sommes vraiment déçus cette année car notre sapin était déjà très sec lors de la livraison. Il a perdu beaucoup de ses épines…

Inacceptable

Dernière fois avec Bosapin après 3-4 ans avec eux. C'est vraiment rire du monde que d'envoyer un tel sapin. Service à la clientèle vraiment mauvais et refus de remboursement ou d'échange. Bosapin se permet d'envoyer n'importe quoi comme sauvageon et se cache derrière une politique douteuse de refus de retour. Service qui décline d'année en année. N'ont jamais répondu à ma question qui était : Confirmez-moi que ce sapin répond à vos standards de qualité? J'irai ailleurs définitivement les prochaines années.

On adore notre sapin! Sa qualité est au-delà de nos attentes pour un Sauvageon.

Les décorations ne doivent effectivement pas être trop lourdes, mais ça va !

C'est la troisième fois que je commande un sauvageon. Cette année, il est si maigre et les rares branches sont si frêles qu'il est pratiquement impossible d'y suspendre des décorations, même les plus légères. Je suis allée acheter un autre sapin, donc beaucoup d'argent gaspillé... C'était la dernière fois !

Parfait le sapin sauvageon

Le sapin sauvageon que j'ai acheté a beaucoup de caractère. Ses branches un peu irrégulières lui donnent un charme naturel et authentique, parfait pour une déco de Noël simple et chaleureuse.

Great service!

I was pleased as punch to learn about Bosapin, and it was even better than I expected.
The price is right, a friendly man in a nutcracker suit brings it up 3 floors, installs it in the stand and gives us a nutcracker ornament.
Since it is a wild tree, it isn't supposed to be perfect but over 4 years the trees have been as good as any I chose to cut when living on a farm.
To me this is by far the best place to get a Christmas tree!

Highly recommended

I find the concept really good, and the trees I’ve received in the past have always been of good quality (particularly compared to their price). Service can be excellent or so so, depends on the delivery person.

A bit thin this year

This is our second year ordering a “sauvageon” from Bôsapin. The tree we received this year has a nice shape, but it is quite a bit smaller and thinner than the one we received last year. I’m not sure its branches will be able to hold many ornaments. Many of the branches are very short.
