STANDARD DELIVERY
When you select standard delivery mode on our site, you must choose a delivery date. Delivery dates are determined by our availability in your area.
We reserve the right to change your chosen delivery date. In this case, our customer service will contact you by email as soon as possible. If the new delivery date is not convenient for you, you will be able to cancel your order at no cost.
Two days before your delivery date, you will receive a follow-up email indicating your approximate delivery time. No changes to the delivery time are possible once the delivery routes have been determined.
If you are not present at the time of delivery and your order is already paid, the order will be dropped off at your door if the delivery man deems the location safe. If the customer indicates where to leave the order in the note to the delivery person, he will respect the note if possible.
If the order is not paid, no delivery will be left at the location. The customer will have to contact our customer service to reschedule a delivery date. In this case, the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee.
FLEX DELIVERY
When you select flex delivery mode on our web site, you must choose a delivery date and a time slots. Delivery dates and time slots are determined by our availability in your area.
We reserve the right to change your chosen delivery date and time slots. In this case, our customer service will contact you by email as soon as possible. If the new delivery date is not convenient for you, you will be able to cancel or move your order at no cost.

CANCELLATION OF DELIVERY
You can cancel or change your delivery date by yourself up to 5 days before the chosen date. To do so, access this order from your customer account or from the order confirmation email that was sent to you. If you wish to cancel your order and the cancellation period is over, you can contact us via the contact form so that we can cancel the order for you. Please note that if the order is cancelled or delivery date is moved less than 24 hours before delivery, a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of your order will not be refunded. For cancellation or rescheduling of an order that is scheduled to be delivered in less than 24 hours please contact us by phone as soon as possible at 1-855-434-3520.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You must contact us and fill out the complaint form within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received defective or damaged items. It will be possible to receive an exchange or a full or partial refund of the value of the goods depending on your situation and according to our availability of delivery, our availability of products and the agreement made between the 2 parties.
We do not accept any returns.
